About Our Team

Clinical Advisor

As Clinical Advisor, Dr. Watson is an important member of the service team. Dr. Watson has been working in the field of psychology for over 40 years. He has been a professor, a school counselor, a school psychologist and a licensed psychologist for the past 22 years. Besides assisting his clients to achieve their goals and reduce their worries, he has worked with a wide range of individuals with a wide range of difficulties they wish to overcome. As clinical director, he provides with the day to day expertise to develop the best interventions for our clients.


Course Development

The courses were developed under the direction and guidance of Denise Healy. She is a California based educational consultant, school psychologist, teacher, and author. Her Professional focus is on quality individual learning, family and societal systems function, children and adolescents, especially those who are negatively impacted by emotional disturbance. Denise holds MA's in Psychology, School Psychology, and Educational Administration.


Classes Management and Operation

The courses are taught under the management of Denise Healy and Vincent Gonzalez. Vincent Gonzalez has worked in the Probation Field for ten years. His career began in Juvenile Halls, Juvenile Boot Camp, Juvenile and Adult Intensive Supervision, and as a Gang Specialist. Vincent left the probation field in 1996 to seek out and help troubled youth in comprehensive school settings. He has held a variety of positions over the last twenty years, including School Safety Consultant, Life Skills Teacher, At-risk Counselor, Athletic Director, Football and Wrestling Coach, and Associate Principal. Vincent has also served as a Principal in all levels of the educational setting in Elementary, Middle School and High School. Vincent has dedicated his life to helping others change their lives for the better. His professional knowledge in both fields and his personal experience make him one of the most sought after presenters in the educational and probation fields.


Support Staff for Learners Taking our Classes Support Staff include facilitators who communicate with class learners as "tutors" through an internal messaging system and webinar facilitators who lead the group webinar sessions. These highly qualified and trained professionals fulfill the requirements of Penal Code 1203.098 and may include any of the following:

  • School Psychologists
  • School Social Workers
  • Probation Officers
  • Interns in the above disciplines
